1. Who provides this service

KundliStory operates from Cayman Islands.

Our contact email is info@kundlistory.com.

KundliStory provides birth-chart calculations, traditional compatibility comparisons, downloadable reports and optional AI explanations. These terms describe the website service; they do not replace the separate licences for open-source software or the terms of third-party services.

Who may use KundliStory

KundliStory’s interactive tools are for readers aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, do not use these tools. The public homepage and policy pages can be viewed without an age declaration. Before opening the interactive tools, choose “I am 18 or older” or “I am under 18” for yourself, not for the person whose chart you want to create. This check does not ask for your date of birth. It is a self-declaration checked in your browser, not verified identity or proof of age.

Adult reader eligibility is separate from authority to enter another person’s details. A parent or legally authorised guardian aged 18 or over may create a child’s profile only with the necessary authority and safeguards described below. Passing the access check does not verify parental responsibility, give permission for optional processing or remove KundliStory’s own duties.

2. What the service is—and is not

Astrology is an interpretive tradition, not a scientifically established way to predict life events. Our content is for education, reflection and entertainment. A calculated planetary position is different from a prediction about someone’s life.

We do not guarantee a marriage, relationship, job, financial result, visa, pregnancy, health outcome or other event. No professional-client relationship is created by using a chart, report or chat. Do not use this service as a substitute for qualified medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice.

3. Your information and other people’s privacy

Provide information you are entitled to use, and check names, birth dates, exact times and locations before relying on a calculation. Incorrect inputs and differences between astrological conventions can change a result.

Only submit another person’s details with their permission or another valid legal authority. Explain the intended use, including profile saving, AI sharing and exports, and give them access to our Privacy Policy. Do not upload confidential records, identity documents, passwords or information that is unnecessary for the service.

Children’s profiles are allowed when submitted by a parent or legally authorised guardian aged 18 or over with the necessary authority and safeguards; this does not allow a child to use the application. The access check is self-declared, not verified age, and this website does not verify parental responsibility or parental consent. You are responsible for the information and authority you represent; this does not transfer KundliStory’s own legal or data-protection duties to you. Do not use optional third-party AI or voice processing for a child’s data where the required permission, provider eligibility and safeguards are not in place.

4. Accounts and saved profiles

Google sign-in is provided through Supabase. Protect access to your Google account and sign out on shared devices. KundliStory does not ask for your Google password.

When you are signed in, generating a Kundli attempts to save or update that person’s birth profile. Check the save confirmation. Profiles may include questionnaire answers you choose to save. Guest calculations are available without a saved account.

Use My profiles to review, edit or delete individual saved profiles. Deleting a profile, signing out or revoking Google access does not by itself delete the authentication account or every provider record. See Contact & Data Requests for broader requests.

5. Optional AI, voice and external services

Optional AI uses Groq through KundliStory’s server. Sign in to KundliStory with Google and make the separate AI-sharing choice; no separate Groq account or API key is needed by visitors. AI and voice typing use the operator’s limited Groq Free plan quota. Availability and limits can change; no unlimited free AI is promised.

After you consent and sign in, opened prepared life readings may be generated automatically. Chat messages are sent only when you choose Send. Voice transcription starts only after an intentional microphone tap and browser permission, using the voice processing explained in the AI consent screen. Audio is recorded in browser memory for up to 60 seconds, with a maximum accepted recording size of 5 MiB. Choosing Stop or reaching the time limit sends a temporary upload to KundliStory’s PHP server, then to Groq’s Whisper transcription service for automatic language detection; this uses the shared free quota. Review the editable transcript before choosing Send for a chart-based answer.

AI can misunderstand information, invent facts or produce unsuitable replies. Review its output rather than treating it as verified evidence. Clearing a conversation or closing a window cannot recall a request already sent or restore quota already used.

6. Use the service responsibly

• Do not harass, defame, intimidate, exploit or discriminate against anyone using an astrology score or AI reply.
• Do not impersonate another person, access accounts without permission, bypass security, introduce malicious code or disrupt the service.
• Do not present a generated reading as a verified professional diagnosis, guaranteed prediction or factual discovery about another person.
• Do not use the service to make decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare or other significant opportunities for another person.
• Do not misuse another person’s private details or publish their report without authority.

7. Content, downloads and open-source rights

You retain your rights in information you submit. You authorise the processing necessary to deliver the features you request, as described in our Privacy Policy; this is not permission to publish your private profiles.

Keep downloaded reports securely. A PDF can contain birth details, questionnaire answers, completed AI readings and an embedded full-precision data archive. You are responsible for choosing its recipients. AI output may not be unique and may require checking for third-party rights before public or commercial use.

The application’s AGPL source offer and third-party licences remain available. Nothing in these website terms removes rights granted under the AGPL or another applicable open-source/data licence. Brand names and marks are not automatically licensed by a software licence.

8. Errors, changes and service availability

We aim to provide a useful service but cannot promise error-free calculations or uninterrupted access. Birth-time uncertainty, geographic estimates, historical time-zone data, chosen conventions, software issues and external outages can affect results. Tell us about a suspected error so it can be reviewed.

Features may be changed or temporarily suspended for maintenance, security or legal reasons. We may restrict misuse proportionately, and will give notice where reasonably possible or required. We do not claim a right to keep money for an undelivered paid service contrary to your statutory rights.

9. Responsibilities and your legal rights

You decide whether and how to use an interpretation. A symbolic reading is not a reason to ignore evidence, professional advice, personal consent or your own judgment.

We remain responsible for duties and liabilities that applicable law places on us. These terms do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. They do not remove mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights.

No compulsory arbitration, class-action waiver, blanket indemnity or fixed damages cap is imposed by these terms. Any dispute is subject to applicable law and the courts or complaint bodies with lawful jurisdiction; nothing here takes away protections that apply where you live.

10. Changes and questions

We will identify revisions by the date on this page. Material changes to how personal information is used require the notices and choices required by applicable law; a policy update alone is not consent to new processing.

Please contact us with a complaint or question. You can also use any regulator, consumer body or court available under applicable law without first giving up those rights.

11. Security concerns and service notices

Tell us promptly if a saved profile changes unexpectedly or you suspect unauthorised account access. Use Contact & Data Requests and share the error or concern, not a Google password, sign-in link or security code. Use Google’s own account-security controls to review access. Reporting a concern does not mean you accept responsibility for every unauthorised action.

Important service information may appear in the app. Where a change requires a separate notice or fresh agreement, we must provide it through an appropriate available channel. We do not treat a notice as delivered merely because a fixed number of hours has passed. Visiting a policy page does not subscribe you to promotional messages.

12. If a provision cannot be enforced

If a court or other competent body finds a provision invalid, the remaining terms apply only insofar as applicable law allows. This does not permit us to replace an unfair provision with another that removes your mandatory rights, or to ignore information and promises that legally form part of the service.
