Delete your KundliStory account and associated data
You can request deletion without reinstalling the app or signing in. Email the address below with the subject “KundliStory account deletion”, preferably from the email used for Google sign-in. If you no longer have access to that email, explain this so we can arrange proportionate identity verification. Never send a password or sign-in code.
Ask to delete your KundliStory account and its associated information, including saved birth profiles, saved questionnaire answers and account-linked shared reading copies. This is a request for operator processing, not an instant deletion button. Removing an individual profile or signing out does not delete the whole account.
We will explain any information needed to verify your request, the handling timeframe and any information that must be retained for a lawful reason. Any such retention must be limited and explained; deletion requests do not waive your privacy rights. Contact us if you have not received a response.
Deleting KundliStory information does not delete your Google account, cancel an independently arranged external subscription or remove PDFs you downloaded. Information already processed by external providers is subject to their responsibilities; we will address applicable deletion requests to service providers as required.
For the MilesWeb website, access/security logs and website backups have a reported maximum retention of 12 months. This is the hosting limit reported by our operator, not a retention limit for Google, Supabase, Groq or other independent providers.
Deleting active account or profile records does not instantly erase an existing hosting backup. Backup copies may remain until the hosting rotation removes them. Backup retention does not delay handling a valid deletion request, and deleted information must not be restored to active use. We will explain the applicable backup handling when responding to your request.
Our normal rule is to delete support emails and account-deletion request records 12 months after the request is resolved. Only necessary correspondence and evidence of the request and its outcome should be retained, not unnecessary copies of birth details, charts or AI readings.
Longer retention is limited to a specific, justified need, such as an applicable legal obligation or an unresolved dispute. The reason, minimum information needed and next review date must be recorded; the extra information must be deleted when that need ends. Applicable rights may require earlier deletion. This is not permission to retain all correspondence indefinitely.
This is an operator-managed process, not automatic mailbox deletion by the website. The correspondence period does not postpone account deletion or extend the retention of profile and account data covered by an approved deletion request.

Make a privacy request
You may ask about access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, consent withdrawal or a complaint, subject to the rights that apply to you. Mention “KundliStory privacy request” in the subject, the type of request and an account email we can use to locate the account.
If the information is about you but someone else entered it, say that in your message. Do not send a complete chart, hospital record or identity document unless necessary and requested through an appropriate process. We may need proportionate verification before releasing or deleting information.
We will assess the request under applicable law and explain any lawful limitation or further information needed. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority or consumer body; you do not waive that right by contacting us.
Cayman Islands privacy rights
For requests governed by the Cayman Islands Data Protection Act, access requests normally receive a response within 30 days and without a fee. Only legally permitted pauses, extensions or exceptions apply; we will explain any that affect your request.
We must comply with a written notice to stop processing as soon as practicable, within 21 days of receipt, unless a statutory exception permits continued processing. If an exception applies, we must explain our reasons. You can complain to the Cayman Islands Ombudsman without giving up other available remedies.
Things you can do in the app
- My profiles → Edit: correct birth details and save the updated profile.
- My profiles → Delete: remove an individual saved profile from the active database after confirmation.
- Print / export report: download a report. This is not a full account-data export and may include an embedded personal-data archive.
- Chat settings & date → Clear conversation or Turn off AI chat: clear page-memory chat or withdraw chat sharing. Already-sent provider data is not recalled.
- AI settings: turn off optional AI sharing; this cannot recall a request already submitted to Groq or erase provider records.
- Privacy settings → Analytics settings in the app footer: refuse or withdraw optional Google statistics.
- Privacy settings in the app footer: exclude this browser from automatic totals or revoke remembered new-answer sharing with the owner. Delete my shared answers revokes all your account’s answer-sharing permissions and removes its active answer copies, not provider records, saved birth profiles or downloaded reports.
Deleting a profile is not deleting an account
The app currently provides individual-profile deletion, not a one-click delete-entire-account feature. Contact us for an account-level deletion or data-copy request. That request may involve authentication records as well as saved profiles.
Signing out, revoking access from Google, closing a tab or deleting a downloaded PDF does not delete all stored records. Provider records and backup copies may follow separate retention and legal requirements. We will explain the scope relevant to your request.
Service, content and rights complaints
For a problem with a calculation, reading, account or download, describe the feature, approximate time and what went wrong. Include the short support code if one appears. If you believe content infringes your rights, identify the content and explain your connection to the affected rights; do not send someone else’s full private report by default.
We will review the information provided and explain the response or any further details needed. This contact route is not a court or regulator and does not impose a shortened deadline for legal claims. Statutory complaint and privacy-request deadlines still apply where required. An initial message does not need to include a waiver of your rights.
Keep your message safe
Never send passwords, one-time login codes, API keys, payment-card security codes or a full sign-in/callback URL. For an error, start with its short support code, a description and the approximate time. Crop or redact screenshots before sharing them.
For an urgent medical or personal-safety issue, use local professional or emergency support rather than waiting for a website response.
Use KundliStory for reflection, not guaranteed outcomes. Your mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain in place.
